Apple is one of my favorite fruits. That sweet, crunchy and juicy goodness is a must have for me at least once a week and I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way about it.

It is only right that since I love the fruit so much, I should research on the benefits of this wonderful fruit. Remember the saying “an apple a day, keeps the doctor away?” certainly, it has to be because of the tremendous nutrients the fruit contains.
