Do you have cracked, dry feet? You have been neglecting your feet for far too long. People tend to neglect their feet perhaps because they believe they are hardly seen, especially if covered shoes are worn all the time.

Here is a way to get rid of your cracked and dry feet and keep your feet smooth and moisturized at all times

Always have a pumice stone at home, if you do not have the stone, there are a lot of __ that have been developed to help with this. Scrubbing the dead cells off the soles of your feet is the first step. Before you scrub though, you can soften them by soaking your feet in warm water and some liquid soap (I use shampoo sometimes) to soften the skin. Soak your feet for about 20 minutes (you can read while doing this or watch TV) and scrub the dead cells off. Rinse your feet in clean water and pat dry with a soft towel. Apply some foot cream, coconut or olive oil to your feet and encase them in socks overnight. If you have dry, cracked feet, you may need to repeat this process daily until the issue is resolved. Do not skip the moisturization step as it helps the new cells revealed to stay nourished. Wearing socks protects your feet during bathroom runs during the course of the night. Wash your feet in the morning, when taking your bath.

This is a pretty quick and easy Do-It-Yourself remedy for your beloved feet. Stop neglecting them and enjoy your God-given wheels!
