Zamar Lewis is a budding fashion designer and her mixture of street, funk and class in her designs are obvious. She caught my attention in this beautiful ensemble and I couldn’t pick a favorite! The belt, the shirt dress, the thigh-high boots! Zamar Lewis definitely scored an A+ in my book for this belted shirt dress.
