A flat belly requires more than just diet pills and tummy belts. Where you store fat in your body is largely defined by genetics, getting rid of stomach fat begins with losing weight all over. What you choose to put in your mouth will make more of a difference in how your belly looks than anything else. It’s imperative that you are eating healthy, well-balanced meals that nourish your body.
