Moisturize your hair and deep condition often

Before washing your hair, do hot oil treatments to strengthen it. Hot oil treatment involves heating up some oil in a hot water bath and applying to your whole hair. Cover with a plastic or shower cap and leave on over night or for some hours before washing.
