DIY Wednesday: Use Guava Leaves To Get Thick, Long And Healthy Hair

Does Guava Leaves really help Hair Growth and Reverse the effects of Hair Loss or Baldness?
Guava leaves help to regrow the hair because it helps the cells to become stable, it kills free radicals, and it helps to regenerate the follicles to produce healthy hair growth. Guava leaves contain vitamins B and C, which help to boost collagen activity. This helps the hair to grow out healthy and shiny.

 

How TO Use Guava Leaves On The Hair

  1. Boil 6-8 guava leaves in a litre of water for 20 minutes. Strain the liquid and let it cool.
  2. Wash your hair with a good shampoo. Skip the conditioning.
  3. Towel-dry your hair until it is almost dry.
  4. Section your hair and apply the guava leaves solution.
  5. Massage it deeply into your scalp and make sure your hair tips are saturated too.

You can also make a guava leaves mask by grinding the leaves coarsely with a little water. Apply the mask to your hair, massaging it well into your scalp and coating your hair right till the tips.
