A bra can be the “good or prodigal child” to your outfit; a good fitting bra can be a confidence booster as well. A lot of women in this part of the world wear the wrong bra size, as we all go on a guessing spree and end up with bras with too small cups or the ones with straps digging into the shoulders or even the back of the bra riding up. If your bras are “doing” this to you, you are wearing the wrong size!
Follow these easy three steps to know your bra size:
While braless or wearing a non-padded bra, measure around the bottom of the band, directly under your bust. Keep the measuring tape level and very snug. If the number is even, add four inches. If it’s odd, add five. Your band size is the sum of this calculation. (So if you measured 32 inches, your band size is 36. If you measured 33 inches, your band size is 38.)
Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest (at nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number.
Subtract your band size from your bust measurement and refer to chart. Example: 37 inches (bust) – 34 inches (band) = 3 inches. That’s a 34C.
Check the chart below for other subsequent sizing

The right bra will not pucker or make your breasts bulge and should midway between your shoulders and elbows. Ensure you you choose a bra that fits perfectly when secures on the outermost hook.
