Rukky Sanda, formally known as Rukayat Akinsanya is a Nolloywood actress who was born on the 23^rd of August, 1984 in Ikorodu area of Lagos state.

The actress, who comes from a Muslim polygamous home is the 10^th child of her father and was raised in Lagos.

She attended the same secondary as another famous actress, Funke Akindele and went on to study Banking and Finance at the Lagos State Universiry where she graduated in 2004.

Apart from acting, Rukky has cut her teeth in script writing, producing and she owns her own movie production company called Rukky Sanda Productions and RukkySandaStudios, where filmmakers could rent equipment and edit their works for post-production.

This sultry and sexy actress has acted in over 42 movies since her debut movie in 2004.
