*In her sultry and smooth voice* It’s Tiwa Savage. We have been crushing and loving this songstress for over five years now. Ever since she burst on the Nigerian music scene with her hit “Kele Kele Love,” we have continued to witness the rise and rise of Tiwa. Tiwa is not only good at what she does, she also has the face and body to match it.

Tiwa, whose full name is Tiwatope Savage-Balogun was born on the 5^th of February 1980, in Ikeja, Lagos state. Her family relocated to London when she was 11 years old. She has always loved music and she joined her school’s orchestra when she was in high school. She is a singer, songwriter, performer and actress. She has done backup singing for many famous foreign artistes, including Sting, Destiny’s Child, and Eminem amongst others.

Her debut album was released in July 2013 and was titled “Once Upon a Time.” The album was a hit. Her sophomore album “R.E.D”, released in December 2015 which had tracks like “My Darlin’” and “If I Start to Talk” was also a massive hit.

She is a winner of many awards and has a management and publishing deal with Roc Nation.

Tiwa is signed under the Mavin Records label owned by Don Jazzy.
