Woman Crush Wednesday

WCW: Omowunmi “Mimi” Onalaja

Omowunmi Onalaja, more popularly known as Mimi is a Television presenter, budding actress, and producer. She is also a columnist for a blog and a fashion enthusiast. If you do not watch enough television nowadays like me, it may be difficult to recognize these “new kids on the block,” but their sense of fashion ad style has made them stand out and when we notice, we want to know their field of expertise.

Omowunmi was born and raised in Lagos who previously worked as a Human Resources consultant before she delved into the entertainment industry. Her feelings of dissatisfaction with the corporate world made her enroll in the New York Film Academy but her acting career hasn’t had as much success as she would like.

She works with Ebony Life TV, where she co-hosts a show “play2win” and she also hosts other events as well.

Her sense of fashion is well documented on a blog where she is a columnist. She favors quite a number of Nigerian designers and rocks their pieces on a regular.

The beautiful Mimi is our Woman Crush Wednesday of the week.
