Make sure to exfoliate at least once a week either with a product that has gentle fruit acids. Avoid exfoliating too often as this can irritate your skin and make it break out more often, especially with very hard granular products that use sand or crystals.

If you take SPF application seriously and have it as an essential part of your daily skin care routine, then you are on the right track. SPF can help keep some common signs of skin aging, like fine lines, wrinkles and age spots from developing prematurely. Not to mention, regular application can also better your chances for a more even-looking skin tone.
Besides being good for keeping your makeup looks popping, cleaning your makeup brushes on a regular basis is also a fundamental aspect of a good skin care routine.
We know that we need water to do all the things our body needs to do. One is transporting nutrients to the places they need to go. Another is flushing out the impurities we don’t wanting hanging around. So do yourself a favor and drink up!
