Caring for the skin as a woman is very vital, but their are some situations where no matter how much you care for the skin, you still have some conditions you have no control of.

There are so many women who suffer from all types of break out, which might be a reaction that results from what you eat, what you drink, the clothes you wear, the water you take in or use to bath, the pillow case, bed sheet… The list goes on and on.

“Hi Guys,

Make up is quite broad and is used for a number of things! Though it is obvious why make up is used mostly for the face, make up is not limiting!

Now I and not suggesting that we apply foundation across our whole body on a daily basis…that would be quite messy and time consuming..perhaps even awkward lol!

But, I am saying that you can use make up to conceal/enhance things on your body, like you do with your face!

I know some of us suffer from black spots, scars, freckles, hyper pigmentation etc but these things are not limited to only effecting the face!

This video was inspired by a most recent breakout (food allergy) I had that left dark spots on my chest, now while I wait for the scars to fade, if I have an important function to attend and my outfit shows some areas of my chest….I have found a way to minimise the appearance of the marks.

I do hope this helps those out who can relate.
