How To Achieve A Flat Stomach With Nigerian Food

The first step in achieving a flat tummy is to eliminate all junk food from your diet. Replace the junk food with nutrient packed and fiber rich food like fruits, vegetables, poultry, lean beef, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, beans, nuts, seeds etc. Do not store hot dogs or sausages or candy bars in your home. Remove things that will tempt you.

The main challenge in achieving a flat stomach is not in the food but sticking to a healthy diet and also avoiding junk foods which we most times find irresistible.

If you can cut down the level of junk food that is consumed, you will notice that you will start losing weight even without engaging in strenuous exercise routines.
